GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS (MAY 2018) STATEMENT FOR CANDIDATES
WHAT WE NEED
Helen Lasek London (HLL) will be what’s known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide us with. We only collect personal data relevant to the service we are providing such as name, address, email, mobile and your cv. We will also require proof of your ID which can be passport or birth certificate. We will add interview notes.
WHY WE NEED IT
We need to know your personal data to provide you with the service that you have asked us to provide. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you.
WHAT WE DO WITH IT
We have a Data Protection Policy in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data and are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
This information is not shared with third parties and you can ask to have your details removed from our database at any time by contacting us on helen@helenlaseklondon.com
Once you have a job offer from a client and with your permission we will pass your address, mobile & telephone numbers to your new employer in order that they can create a job offer and contact you directly.
WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?
You have a right to request to see any personal data we keep including sensitive personal data. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Data Protection Controller who will investigate the matter.
